Daniel Jacob Beresford-Slinn sadly passed away on 4 May 2026 aged 41.
He will be very much missed by all his family and everyone who knew him.
Funeral will be on Friday 12 June at Westerleigh Crematorium in the Waterside Chapel at 2.30pm.
