We are sad to announce the passing of Phaungpathum Cotton, most commonly known as Nui.
Nui passed away on the 4th June 2026 surrounded by her family and closest ones after a very sudden illness.
Nui was born on the 9th May 1968 in her home country of Thailand, years later she would meet her future husband ,Derek, and move to England where she lived for the rest of her life.
Nui will be remembered for her love for her children and grandchildren, her passion for cooking food and she absolute joy she brought to so many people.
