It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, Catherine Hill, on 4 August 2025, aged 82 years.



 



Catherine will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with all who knew her.



 



A service to celebrate her life will be held at Basildon Crematorium, Church Road, Bowers Gifford, on Friday, 29 August 2025 at 12:00pm. All are welcome to attend and share in remembering Catherine’s life.



 



No flowers please. Donations, if desired, may be made in Catherine’s memory to The Stroke Association.


Following the service, all are warmly invited to join the family for a wake in the back room at The Castlemayne Pub, The Knares, Lee Chapel, Basildon, Essex SS16 5RZ.
