Adam passed away peacefully on Tuesday 4th November at Wheatfields Hospice, surrounded by his mum and his wife, after a courageous six-and-a-half-year battle with appendix cancer. A beloved dad to Eddie and Albie, and a cherished husband, father, son, brother, friend, teacher and colleague, Adam will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Adam’s family warmly invite you to join them in celebrating his life at Bridge Street Church, followed by refreshments at The Horse & Farrier, 7 Bridge Street, Otley, where there will be an opportunity to share your memories and stories of Adam.
He lived his life with joy, warmth and an unwavering love for the people around him. In his own words, “Good memories live twice as long when we hold onto them". Memories aren’t for looking back—they’re for reliving. Tell the stories, laugh again, and let joy echo.
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Family flowers only, please. Any donations are welcome and can be made directly to Pseudomyxoma Survivor. https://www.justgiving.com/page/adambarnestributepmp?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL
