Suddenly, on Wednesday 4th December 2024, Tracey sadly passed away, aged 59 years.
A dearly beloved sister, sister-in-law and aunt, Tracey will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family wish to recognise the love, care and support given to Tracey by the staff at Pool Cottage Residential Home, whom Tracey considered as family.
