It is with heavy hearts we advise that our beloved Papa Grieve (Stewy) passed away in hospital on April 5th, after a brave and courageous fight against illness. We are truly heartbroken. A cherished husband, dad, grandad, brother, friend and colleague, he is dearly loved and so very much missed.
We invite you in joining us to celebrate his life on Thursday May 7th 2026 at Waveney Memorial Park & Crematorium, Ellough at 2:00pm. Colourful clothing is welcome to be worn and we will be acknowledging Stewy's racing colours of yellow and navy blue.
The hearse will be bringing Stewy onto Nicholas Everitt's Park between 1:00pm-1:30pm, should anyone wish to pay their respects on the park.

You will be able to view the live stream approximately 5 minutes before the service start time. Please be aware the service is in a public building and earlier services may overrun. Please use your discretion should you see activities unrelated to the service you are there to view. In advance of the service, we strongly recommend you log in to the site and test your internet connection.
The crematorium aims to process the editing of the footage and upload for the On Demand service within 3 working days, where you will then be able to watch the service again for a further 28 days.
Family flowers only please, kind donations in Stewy's honour will benefit The Stroke Ward at James Paget University Hospital and may be given using the 'make a donation' button on this page, or in the collection box provided at the service.
It would be helpful to us to have an indication of how many people wish to attend, to assist with catering arrangements. The reception will follow at The Lady of the Lake in Oulton Broad. Please let Jamie or Ange know if you plan on attending, thank you.
