It is with sadness we announce that Carissa passed away on Sunday 5th May.
She will be greatly missed but fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
We will be celebrating her life and saying our final goodbyes on Thursday 30th May.
Carissa's family have ask that instead of flowers they are suporting the charity St Christopher Hospice who looked after Carissa in her final weeks. If you would like to donate please use the link below.
