'Joyce was our dads (Cliff who sadly passed in 2019) sweetheart' having been married for 65 years.

It is with a sad heart that we will gather to bid our last farewells to Joyce, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, who passed away on the 5th May 2025, aged 91. Please see details below for the location for her service and the family would like to see as many of you as possible after at her wake (carpark can be accessed via Hemnall St at the rear) for a celebratory drink and some food.
As many of you may know Mum was a simple well groomed person and expressed that she would not want loads of flowers but for charity donations to a worth while cause who specifically help her in her hour of need but should you wish to provide some flowers these would need to be taken to the wake.

This team played a key roll via the ambulance service and we the family would like to pay special tribute to Dr Alice Munro and team who's professionalism, straight talking and caring for mum in making her our choices and for setting up all the appropriate EOL care was priceless. This is a completly charity funded service and deserves all the support it can get. This also extends to the district nurse teams who were available 24/7.
