Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on 5th May 2026, aged 71 years.
A beloved Mum, Nan and dear friend to many, Jackie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held at Devizes Cemetery on Friday 29th May 2026 at 12:00pm.
Flowers are welcome. Donations, if desired, are for Battersea Dogs Home.
