It is with deep sadness we announce that Jack passed away at home on Friday 5th July, aged 83.
Jack will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends and all those that knew him.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Wednesday 24th July at 2.30pm, in the Braccan Chapel.
Family flowers only for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, can be made to Frimley Health Charity, via the link below, in memory of Jack.
