Passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, aged 43. Beloved son to Stephen and Hazel and cherished brother to Fay, Leah, Fiona, Corrie and Paula.
Stephen of Old Colwyn was a keen pool player (The Legend) for The Red Lion and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Stephen's funeral cortege will be leaving Stephen's home at 2:15pm and will pause outside The Red Lion on his final journey to the crematorium.
Family request a traditional black and white dress code.
