JOHN CHARLES "DOC" ADDISON
John, "Doc", aged 86, died peacefully on 5th September 2026 at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.
Formerly of Blandford Forum, Dorset and Wye, Kent, he resided at Ty Eirin Residential Care Home, Tonyrefail, in recent years.
A much-loved father of five and a husband to Caroline.
His funeral service will be held at The Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Cemetery and Crematorium, Cardiff, at 11:30am on Thursday 1st October 2026 followed by cremation.
