Sadly passed away, surrounded by his family, at Treflys Nursing Home on Sunday 6th October, aged 88 years.
A funeral service will be held at Bangor Crematorium on Thursday 24th October at 3.30pm.
Donations in memory of Rowland, if desired, will go to the Alzheimers Society
