Sadly Amy passed away at Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice on Monday 5th October 2026, aged 35 years.
There will be a celebration of Amy's life held at Reading Crematorium's Henley Road South Chapel on Tuesday 20th October 2026 at 2.30 pm followed by burial in Henley Road Cemtery straight after the service for immediate family.
