It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Chloe Margaret Swift, who passed away peacefully, on the 5th December at home with her loving husband, Colin, and family beside her.
A much loved wife to Colin, mum to Simon and daughter in law Paula, grandma and friend who touched the lives of many.
We invite all loved ones and friends to joins us in celebrating Chloe's life.
