As you all know, Zoe passed away on the 5th December and has left a huge void in the lives of those that knew her as a smiley, funny and caring person.
Please come and join us at the service to celebrate her life. She would love you all to be there if at all possible.
Wear something bright and colourful and let's light up the room, as she always did.
She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
