Patrick Christopher Holahan passed away peacefully on Friday 5th December.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Ann, children - Kevin, Gretta, Chris and Paul, grandchildren and wider family and friends.
His funeral service will take place at Hemel Hempstead Crematrorium on Wednesday 17th December at 11:30am
