Jonathan known to all as Jon passed away at home on the 6th January 2024 aged 41 years. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Flowers are welcome, however donations if desired in Jon's memory is to benefit Diabetes UK. Donations can be made via the link on this notice.
