Pauline passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 6th February aged 78 years. Pauline was a dearly loved wife, mum, auntie and nana will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
Pauline was a source of support and comfort for many around her in good times and bad. Her family hope that you will support them to continue this as a legacy to Pauline and difference she made to so many of you who will have a special memory of her.
Trinity Hospice and District Nursing made a huge difference to the quality of Pauline's life in particular her last weeks giving her valuable time at home with family and friends. For this reason Pauline and her family ask for your donations to Trinity Hospice rather than flowers so others can be supported at home or in hospice at their time of need.
