After a long illness passed away peacefully in South Tyneside District Hospital surrounded by his loving family
Aged 71 Years
Will family and friends please meet for a Service to commemorate Alf's life at South Shields Crematorium on Wednesday February 4th at 2:45pm
Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully accepted by the family on behalf of St. Oswalds Hospice and a collection box will be available as you leave the Crematorium.
Rest in Peace.
