Patricia 'Pat' passed away at Donwell House Care Home on 7th February 2026 aged 87 years.
Beloved wife of the late Mark, treasured Mam of Terry and Colin and Mother in law of Deb and Mel.
Precious Nana of Mark, Ryan, Scott, Elliott and Nathan. Treasured Great Nana to Jack, Imogen and Lucas. Much loved Sister to Peter and Sister in law to Pat.
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at Sunderland Crematorium on Friday 6th March at 10.30am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu gratefully accepted for The Alzheimer's Society. A donation box will be available as you leave the crematorium chapel.
Family request that mourners please wear bright colours.
