Frederick passed away on 7th June 2024, aged 91 at Sunderland Royal Hospital.
Would family and friends please meet for a funeral service at Sunderland Crematorium,
Friday 28th June 2024 at 10.30am.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu gratefully accepted for The Alzheimers Society.
A donation box is available as you leave the crematorium chapel.
