Pat passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children at Y Bwthyn Newydd, Princess of Wales Hospital on 7th June 2024. Pat, loving Mother of Matthew, Richard and Kate and adored Nanna to Sonny, Jack, Caelan and Alfie will
be dearly missed.
Pat was too well loved by all her family and many friends to ever be forgotten.
Celebrate Pat's life with us in bright, happy colours as she wanted.
