Susan Margaret Johnson passed away at Medway Maritime Hospital on the 7th July 2026 aged 78.
Susan will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral is to take place on Tuesday 4th August 2026, 3pm at Vinters Park Crematorium Maidstone.
Flowers are welcome.
