It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of Sarah Chalmers, who passed away peacefully on 7 September after a short battle with cancer. She was a much loved mum, wife, sister and friend and will be greatly missed.
Mum has requested for bright colours to be worn at her funeral and people attending to wear something comfortable.
