With sadness we must announce the funeral service for Teresa who passed away at Princess Alice Hospice on 7th October.
We were thankful to be with her at the end and she is now at peace.
We have requested no floral tributes, but rather if you are able, to make a donation in her memory to the Princess Alice Hospice in recognition of the wonderful work they do to help people have a peaceful and dignified passing.
