Karla Eileen Ismail (née Christensen) passed away peacefully in hospital on Sunday 7th December, aged 74 years. Beloved mam to Jenan, Pheraz and Sophia, devoted nan to Isaac, Isabelle, Francesca, Eva, Lucy, Jude and Toby and loving mother-in-law to Guy, Mark and Sian. Much loved sister, aunty and friend. You will be greatly missed but forever in our hearts.
A service to celebrate Karla’s life will be held at South Shields Crematorium on Wednesday 7th January at 11.15am, followed by a reception at The Grey Horse, East Boldon. Family flowers only, please. Donations will be gratefully received for Breast Cancer UK, with a donation box available at the service.
