Sa fille, Marie Claude, son petit-fils, Stéphane et Gerard ont l’immense tristesse de faire part du décès de Claudette Madeleine Giraud, née Lardière, qui s’est éteinte paisiblement chez elle en Angleterre au matin du 8 janvier 2025 dans sa 99ème année. Les obsèques ont auront lieu à Chichester en l’église Saint Richard le mardi 4 février à 11 heures (12 heures, heure de Paris) et seront retransmises live sur internet afin de permettre à ceux qui ne peuvent pas faire le voyage de s’associer à l’hommage qui sera rendu à Claudette.
Ses cendres seront par la suite ramenées en France afin que Claudette puisse être inhumée à Vienne auprès de feu son mari et de ses parents, conformément à ses voeux.
Our beloved mother and grandmother Claudette passed away peacefully on the 8th January 2025, in her 99th year. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
