Ann Kathryn (Katy), passed away in Hospital on Sunday February 8th, aged 63 years. Beloved wife of Mick, treasured mum to Harry and Charlie.
Katy will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu if desired will be split between The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research uk.
A donation box will be available on the day.
