It is with deep sorrow to announce the passing of Jade, who left us too soon on 8th April 2025 at the age of 34.
Jade was a force of nature, she was confident, bubbly and unforgettable. She was a true free spirit, unafraid to be herself and lifted others up with her infectious laugh and radiant energy.
Jade's presence was a gift, her heart was full of love, she danced through life, lighting up everyone room she entered. Although her time here was short, she lived life to the fullest and her life was unforgettable.
She will be remembered for her wicked sense of humour, her full heart and fierce loyalty.
Jade has found peace and has been reunited with her loving Mum.
The funeral will be at Lawnswood Crematorium at 11:30 with a funeral procession from Cliffe Park Chase at 11:00. A wake to celebrate Jade's life will be held at the Hanover Arms Pub in Wortley (Lower Wortley Road) afterwards, all who knew and loved Jade are welcome.
