Pam sadly passed away on Monday 8th July.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Donations in memory of Pam are going to Harpenden Mencap. This was a charity close to her heart as they have supported James for so many years. There will be a donation box at the end of the service or please ask the family for a link to a Justgiving page in Pam's memory.
