We are celebrating the life of John Patrick Dempsey who passed away peacefully at home on 8th of September 2026.
One of nine children and a father of nine, John led a full and happy life. He was an absolute legend, dearly loved by his family and friends, and will be sadly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
John leaves behind a lifetime of wonderful memories, laughter, love and unforgettable moments that will remain in our hearts forever. His presence touched so many lives, and his memory will continue to live on through the people who loved him.
Rest peacefully, John. You were one of a kind, and you will never be forgotten.
Following the service at the North Chapel, Grenoside crematorium, there will be a wake at New Mill Club at 4pm.
Family and friends are warmly invited to join us as we come together to celebrate John's extraordinary life and remember the wonderful man he was.
