Our dear Mum, Nanny, GG, Sister and Aunty Pat unfortunately lost her battle with cancer on the 9th of January 2025.
She was truly one of a kind. She will be missed beyond words by all whos lives she touched.
Her strength, kindness, warmth and giving nature is something the family will hold dear to our hearts in the days and months ahead.
Mum asked for no funeral or flowers so the family have requested donations be collected in honour of Pat's memory and these will be sent to the Sandra Chapman Centre at the JPUH where Pat was receiving treatment.
