It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mum and Gran - Carole - on 9th February 2026, age 83.
A beautiful soul who faced life's challenges with grace, she endured much in her later years but remained a pillar of strength to the very end. Carole's laughter, love and wisdom will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to be part of her life.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday 12th March, 11.30am, at Southend Crematorium.
Donations to Cancer Research UK would be greatly appreciated. This charity was very close to her heart, having witnessed the impact of cancer on several members of her family, including her own beloved mother. She herself bravely faced cancer and was passionate about supporting research in the hope that future generations would not have to endure such pain. Alternatively, floral tributes are very welcome.
