The family is sad to announce the passing of Phillip David Evans, he will be missed and memories will be cherished by all that knew him.
We ask those who attend to either wear odd colourful socks or a brightly coloured accessory in memory of Phillip.
Donations in lieu of flowers to a memorial of Phillip to Beatrice Webb Care Home.
The family invite you for light refreshments afterwards at Markham Welfair Club for a celebration of his life.
