Greta passed away peacefully in Sunderland Royal Hospital on March 9, aged 84 years. Greta, beloved wife of Arthur, much loved mam of Paul and Colin, loving mother-in-law of Julie and Louise and a dearly loved gran to Anna, Edmund, Jane and Matthew. Also a loving sister, sister-in-law and aunt and a good friend to many.
Would family and friends please meet for a service to commemorate Greta's life on Thursday April 9th at All Saints Church, Fulwell at 11:30am followed by a short committal service at Sunderland Crematorium at 12:30pm.
Donations, if so desired and in lieu of flowers, would be gratefully accepted by the family on behalf of Alzheimer's Research UK and a collection box will be provided as you leave the crematorium.
