Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on 9th June, aged 78 years. Beloved husband to Karen, loving dad to Jonny and Daniel, loving granda to Sophia and Teddy and much loved father in law, friend to many. John will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Family and friends please meet for service on Monday 6th July at South Shields crematorium at 9.45am. Family flowers only with donations in lieu, if so desired, will be greatly received for Leukemia Cancer Care and the British Heart Foundation. A donation box will be available at the crematorium. All welcome to the Hedworth Hall after service to celebrate John's life.
