Passed away peacefully at Walshaw House, aged 87 years.
Beloved Son of the Late John and Gwyneth Evans, and much loved brother to John and the Late Raymond; Sydney will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park, Glascoed Road, St.Asaph LL17 0LG on Wednesday 4th September at 1pm.
Donations in memory of Sydney, if desired, to go to The Alzheimer's Society and The British Heart Foundation
