David, fondly known as Wilf, sadly passed away on 9th September 2026, aged 77 years.
He worked at the Church Commissioners, being Chief Union Steward for many years. He lived in Boxmoor, but still supported Sunderland, and had a great affection for Bovingdon FC. He was a familiar figure in the clubs and pubs in the area.
He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
