A funeral service will take place on Wednesday 6th November in Church of St Athan at 12:30pm followed by a committal service in Cardiff and Glamorgan Memorial Park at 2pm.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, would be appreciated for British Heart Foundation.
