Jean passed away in Thornbury Care Centre on November 9th aged 74 years. Devoted Mam of Joanne and Ashley, The best Nan ever to Emily , Anya , Holly, Lucie and special friend to many. Jean will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Donations will be gratefully received for Thornbury Care Centre in Jean's memory, a donation box will be made available on exit of the Crematorium.
