It is with great sadness that, following a battle with illness, the family of Catherine Fay Blake shares the news of her passing on the morning of December 9th, at King's College Hospital in London at the age of 65.
Nothing captivated her spirit of bravery, zest for life and compassion more so than the charity skydive she completed in 2021 raising funds for Pancreatic Cancer and AGE UK Lambeth. Whilst floral tributes are not requested for the funeral, please feel free to donate to Cathi's charity of choice - Age UK Lambeth as she was passionate about improving the lives of older people and worked on this right up to a week before her passing.
Cathi will be lovingly remembered and missed in equal measure by her daughter Emma, elder Sisters Pat and Maureen, and younger brothers Ian and Andrew.
