It is with great sadness that we have to announce that Valerie Joy Beard passed away at home on January 10th 2025, aged 80 years.
Her daughter Sue was with her. She had suffered declining health in recent years, but had returned home from an extended stay in hospital in late 2024. She remained stoical and uncomplaining to the end.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Two legged and four!
