Alan passed away at Queen Alexandra Hospital, on Saturday 10th January 2026 - aged 80 years.
He will be very sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.
Alan's funeral service is taking place at Portchester Crematorium - South Chapel on Monday 9th February 2026 - 2:30pm.
After the service you are welcome to join the family at Portsmouth Marriott Hotel, to raise a glass in his honour and to remember him with love and affection.
Please feel free to wear something in honour of Alan—whether it’s a colour he loved or anything that reminds you of him. It’s a simple way for us to carry his memory with us.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made directly to RNLI, a charity close to Alan, and his family's hearts.
