Mr Alan James Jeacock passed away at Medway Maritime Hospital on the 10th March 2025 aged 82.
Alan will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral is to take place on Wednesday 9th April 2025, 12noon at Halfway Cemetery for a grave side service.
Family flowers only please or Donations if desired are to The Wisdom Hospice, There will be a Donation box on the day or you can donate here on line.
