Pat passed away peacefully at Queen Alexandra Hospital on 10th April aged 77 years. She wll be very sadly missed by her loving daughter Marge and all who knew and loved her.
Pat's funeral service is taking place on Monday 12th May - 12.00 noon at Portchester Crematoriums North Chapel. All are welcome.
No black - Please wear pastel colours as Pat would have wanted.
