We are deeply saddened to announce that Barbara died peacefully on Sunday 10th May 2026, aged 84 years. It goes without saying that she will be greatly missed..
Family. friends, and all who knew her are warmly invited to join us to celebrate her life.
Barbara was all about birthing and nurturing life and we are coming together in repectfully celebrating hers so please feel free to be comfortable, wearing smart ans chearful clothing. Mourning dress will not be required (john says no jeans!!)
We would respectully request family flowers only. Should you wish to make a donation in lieu of flowers please either hand your gift to the immediate family or you can make your gift online.
Donations will be given to Chesterfield House, whose caring compassion for Barbara in her final days was heartwarming, for which we are so grateful.
