It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Joseph Morris age only 40 years old, and daddy to Isabella-Rose age 2.
He was also a wonderful partner to Stacey who was there when he passed, helping him each and every step of the way.
Joey's very supporting father, sister, brothers, and all his amazing friends and family always around, supporting him too. He was very loved.
Joey spent 3 years in and out Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford constantly. The doctors kept treating him for acid reflux and a blocked pipe, having already explained every symptom for stomach cancer to the hospital and staff. He told them constantly and called numerous ambulances, yet they kept discharging him. Unfortunately he fell seriously ill out of the Area and had to be taken to Whipps Cross for an operation. It was there where they found stomach cancer and as it was already at a very late stage and there was nothing they could do, as it has already begun to spread.
Over the next 3 weeks his condition deteriorated rapidly and on Monday 10th of June 2024, Joey sadly passed away in St Clare's Hospice with his loved ones by his side.
Joey will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

A reception to share memories of Joe will follow at the Garnon Bushes pub in Coopersale straight after the ceremony.
