Mustafa Kamal Jundi (Abu Adam) passed away peacefully at Bournemouth Hospital on 10th September 2026, following a short illness.
He is survived by his loving family: Jane, his beloved wife of 55 years, and his three children, Sophia, Leila and Adam.
A cherished husband, dad, grandpa, father-in-law, friend, confidant, brother and uncle, Mustafa also became an honorary family member to many of his friends. His natural, selfless, caring, generous, humble, funny, warm and wise character captured and touched the hearts of everyone he met.
Following his funeral, we will continue to honour and celebrate Mustafa’s life with refreshments from 2pm at the Cliffhanger Restaurant, Waterford Road, Highcliffe, Christchurch, BH23 5JA. A fitting venue for someone who adored the view of the sea which reminded him fondly of Lebanon.
Mustafa had sadly lived with progressive Alzheimer’s over the last few years. Throughout this time, he and Jane received great support, care and guidance from the local charity Dementia Support – Hampshire and IOW.
