Elisabeth passed away peacefully at home on 10th October.
Beloved mother of Samantha and Matt, grandmother of Megan, Joe and Sam, sister of Mike.
A funeral service is to be held on Monday 4th November in Cardiff and Glamorgan Memorial Park, Port Rd, Barry at 3pm.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers would be appreciated for British Heart Foundation, in memory of Alexandra.
